Everybody Loved Their Meals
"I went here with my fiance and some of his friends. We were seated immediately and had great service. Everybody loved their meals and the mixed drinks. Upon hearing that the guys had just gotten home from Iraq our waiter informed us that all military personel receive 25% off of their meal and got us the head chef. The meal was a bit pricey as it totalled about $350 including 18% tip and a couple rounds of drinks for 8 of us after the discount, but it was worth it!"

"The building is beautiful, and gave a great first impression. Sushi is my weakness, so we opted for sushi and cocktails. The server was very knowledgeable, which was refreshing. We told her what we liked and she had some great suggestions. I've had a lot of Sushi all over the world and this was definately some of the best. The fish was fresh and the presentation was outstanding. The pricing was a bit on the high side, but considering they are in the middle of the mountains, this is certainly understandable. Great atmosphere, great service, great sushi, great time."

desaki is One of a Kind
"We just recently moved to the area from Denver and decided to try Desaki. My family and I love to eat out and we're always looking for something new and different. Well, we found it here. The building is an architectural marvel, just beautiful. With the fire and flashing lights (not to mention a disco ball)it's sensory overload in the best way. We went on a Saturday and had a small wait, which was no problem as there was a magician making balloon sculptures, the kids (and my wife) loved it. We were seated with another family, which was nice as we love to meet new people. The server was very funny and attentive, as was the chef (Mickey Blue Eyes). The food was plentiful and very good. (We have been to many hibachis and sometimes the food is bland.) Desaki is one of a kind, and we will most certainly be back."

Steak was the Best I have Tasted
"Went on a first date here, 7:30 PM on a Friday night. Chose Hibachi. We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess, served our drinks and soup by a friendly waiter. The Chef put on a great show and was funny. It was very entertaining to watch. Restaurant was crowded. The food was good and you get a huge serving. The steak was the best I have tasted! Would go again."

From the shuttle ride over in an Escalade, to the VIP service, the food, our chef, to the round of free drinks, to pretty much having our own person DJ, we couldn't have asked for a better time! Our chef was AMAZING and helped make our night even better! We ended up getting a picture with him and it was printed out for us!
